Most of the seasonal discomforts that we experience is an over-reaction of the immune system to a certain item present in our environment. This could be dust, pollen, dander, certain flowers, or plants, you can experiencing this discomfort because of just about anything. Most people take an over-the-counter or prescription relief tablet, shot, or nasal spray and go on with their day. If you want to break free of the medication and live free and clear, read on!
Many of us suffer from a condition called Hypertension, or High Blood Pressure (HBP). Please note that some studies have found peppermint essential oil can slightly raise your blood pressure, but this effect is not consistent across the board in everyone tested, but still should be noted that if you suffer from HBP, please exercise caution when ingesting peppermint essential oil. Check with your doctor or allergist, or eliminate peppermint oil from the following recipes.

- 1 drop Lemon Essential Oil
- 1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
- 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Combine and swallow for immediate relief of seasonal discomfort. The honey coats the throat, soothing scratchiness.
Seasonal Aromatherapy Diffuser Blend
- 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
- 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 20 drops Fractionated Coconut Oil
Combine and store in a small jar or bottle. Add to your diffuser for a quick, pleasant smelling seasonal discomfort aromatherapy. This can also be used with reed diffusers, light bulb diffusers, and candle warmer diffusers.

- 1 VeggieCap empty vegetable-based caplet
- 2 drops Lemon Essential Oil
- 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- Optional: 2 drops onGuard Essential Oil Blend
- Optional: 2 drops DigestZen Essential Oil Blend
Add the Essential Oils to an opened VeggieCap and seal with the end cap. Take 1 daily with water during your seasonal discomfort season or when you are exposed to something that triggers your seasonal discomforts for maximum effect.
